Pre-show (if you can call it that)

Show opened with an uncontrolled brawl between Moon Spider and Rat King. Security broke it up and general manage Cori Lee made the match for right now.

Moon Spider defeated Rat King

Thumbs In The Middle Pointing Up.

I think they are both heels. If Moon Spider cheated I missed it. Ratking was selling his balls post match.

Main Show

Scotland Green opened the show...again.

Johnny Vega & Divine vs Angel Jacques & Hillary P Wisdom (Ft. Arcane Mantis)

***1/4

Thumbs Up

Johnny dove unto the crowd and took out a bunch of innocent spectators...I'll say more on the podcast today live 5pm est.

Johnny Vega continues to be great babyface in peril. Just a great seller. There was a mysterious masked madman just standing by the ring entrance in a stoic yet menacing manner. Eventually Divine tagged in for the 2 on 1 comeback while Johnny sold.on the outside. Said masked man from earlier interfered which led to the finish. He hit Divine with a soear behind the ref's back. For those of you familiar with LPW the spear and the size of this man should have been a clue. Angel then hit Johnny with a lovely fisherman suplex. He did a little spin with it...and that was the win. Post match saw the reveal as Oscar Payne!!! Again for those of you who follow LPW this was a very good swerve. The heels laid out the babyfaces...some more.

Badlands August vs Smooth Blackmon vs Tommy Heartfelt vs Orin Walker vs Jett Drew vs Prince Valentino

***

Thumbs In The Middle Pointing Up

Orin Walker was the star of this match eventhough everyone else involved was very good. Jett Drew continues to be woefully underrated. He and Johnny Vega should be a tag team. Called the bestellers. Because that's what they are best at by a large margin. Prince Valentino stole a pin to win.

JJ Doze vs Renegade (Ft. Franco Constanzo)

***

Thumbs In The Middle Pointing Up

Renegade attacked Doze during his entrance from behind. This was a very good David vs Goliath style match with JJ Doze as David and Renegade as Goliath. Both Frankie Forearms and Scarlett interfered to cost JJ Doze. Didn't know Scarlett was a heel. I met her one time. A very nice girl. Renegade won with a last ride. Post match saw the heels handcuff Doze to beat on him. Ehh...a fine match ruined by too much interference and gimmicks (kendo sticks, handcuffs and other accoutrements).

LPW Women's Champion Amira Sahar defeated Amity Levay to retain the championship.

**3/4

Thumbs In The Middle Pointing Up

Nice exposure for Amity Levay. I know her. She wrestles in New Jersey. They did...something under the ring which had Amira selling but then as soon they got back in the ring Amira was Lords-A-Leaping and pinned Levay with a rollup. Hmm...ok. It was refeshing to see the babyface win for the first time on this show.

Cash Grab vs Scam Likely to advance to the finals in the tournament to crown the inaugural Tag Team Champions

***1/4

Thumbs Up

Cash Grab were attacked by Shamir Dinero and the Saints during their entrance. Cori Lee came out to restore order and stated that Dinero shouldn't even be there as he was suspended. So many questions. Adonis Briggs of Cash Grab worked this match 2 on 1 while his partner Lenny Cash was sent to the back to medical. This was after they insisted on competing rather than forfeit. The heels ofcourse got the heat. Adonis made a good comeback but with no one to tag too. Eventually Lenny came limping out for the hot tag and made his own comeback. I thought the theme music playing was kinda corny. After various interference Scam Likely won to advance.

LPW World Champion Jodi Aura vs Mikee G for the LPW World Championship never took place

They're doing a "he stole the belt" angle. I smell a ladder match coming. Jodi wasn't cleared to complete so Smiley wrestled for him.

Smiley defeated Mikee G by DQ

***1/4

Thumbs Up

Good titles don't change via DQ because i feel like this would have muddled the title picture. This was a very good match until Mikee hit Smiley with a chair point blank in front the referee.

Dual Focus vs Raheem Royale & Dante Griffith to advance to the finals in the tournament to crown the inaugural Tag Team Champions

***1/2

Thumbs Up

Best match of the night! You had this and Smackdown. Raheem hit a beatiful elbow drop. This was a highspot heavy match. Dual focus hit their powerbomb-splash combo finish for the win. I'm proud of you Jaelean. Scam likely attacked Dual Focus attacked after match. Makes sense. Both these teams will compete to be inaugural LPW TagTeam Championships to conclude this tournament.

Legacy Cup Battle Royale
